What Happens In G.Y.M.

The Guadalupe Youth Ministry Faith Journey

In G.Y.M. we’re dedicated to guiding young hearts into a deeper relationship with Christ. Our Youth Ministry offers a pathway for growth, faith, and community for middle school and high school students.

In the Middle (Grades 6–8)

A joyful community where middle schoolers encounter Jesus through friendship, prayer, and fun activities. Youth can also prepare for and receive the sacrament of First Communion, drawing closer to Christ in the Eucharist.

Follow (High School Year 2: Grades 9–12)

A year of going deeper. Teens learn more about the Catholic faith and the core message of the Kerygma—the Good News of God’s saving love. This is also the time when those who feel ready may choose to prepare for and receive the sacrament of Confirmation, embracing the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
