Here’s how to sign up for the FREE videos, audios, and books using our Parish Account
- Go to formed.org/signup
- Select our parish by entering Our Lady of Guadalupe, Hermosa Beach CA and/or zip code
- Enter your name and email address
- Check that email account for a link to begin using FORMED.
