Guadalupe Youth are VERY optimistic about fundraising for their ministry as they cook and provide a delicious traditional Mexican hot soup! Your contributions and support will help with the Annual Youth Summer Retreat where they grow in leadership and experience God’s love among each other! You get a choice of red or green pozole.
1. Red pozole is made of pork shoulder, red chiles, and lots of hominy corn. Topped with sliced radishes, cabbage, and fresh lime juice.
2. Green pozole is made of shredded chicken breasts and chewy hominy mingle in a boldly flavored blend of pureed tomatillos, cilantro, and chiles for this cozy weather. Topped with sliced radishes cabbage and fresh lime juice.
You’ll get a 32 oz cup full of pozole, protein, & hominy. You’ll also get a Ziplock bag with lime, cabbage, radish, and spicy chili salsa.
